Non-governmental Organization “Georgia’s Reforms Associates” will conduct a Public Lecture at the University of Georgia

On 27th of October, non-governmental organization “Georgia’s Reforms Associates” will conduct a public meeting-discussion at the University of Georgia. During the meeting, researchers of the organization will present a study about standardization process in Georgia.
The study analyses the challenges and accomplishments in implementing European and international standards, as well as benefits of signing the Association Agreement.

Discussion will touch upon the dynamics and challenges of developing standards in the fields of agro-food, construction and energy sectors. The man goal of the meeting is to provide students with information about the importance of developing standards and foster discussion on the topic.

The meeting will start at 1:30 pm and will continue for 1 hour. The meeting is open to all interested in its topic and at the end, participants will receive the publication on English language.

Georgia’s Reforms Associates (GRASS) is a non-partisan, non-governmental policy watchdog
and think tank, which conducts research and public policy analysis, and provides advice and
project management in the fields of public policy, economics and public administration reform.
